How to wash my garments without damaging it?

Since it’s always about your ease and comfort, we added it in this area too! You can easily take care of your garments with a simple machine wash at home. To ensure that the colours do not fade, turn the garment inside out while drying it out in the sun. Have a happy wash!


How can I purchase a gift card?

We do not provide the facility of availing gift cards, currently. But we’re sure your pick will be adored! Go ahead surprise your loved ones with our comfortable garments! If they don’t like it or they want a different size, write to us at care@mystereparis.com. We will be happy to help!


How does the COD payment option work?

Once you've filled your cart, the Cash On Delivery (COD) option will be provided amongst others. After choosing the relevant option you are obligated to pay the full amount via Cash at the time of delivery. This, in turn, will complete your transaction successfully with Mystere Paris.


What do I do if my payment fails?

We work hard to ensure your transactions are seamless. However, at the unfortunate instance where your payment fails, kindly feel free to contact us at care@mystereparis.com, along with a screenshot of your unsuccessful transaction. Our customer care service will revert back to you at earliest and guide you on how to resolve the issue.


If I return or cancel purchased products, will the GST amount charged be refunded?

Yes, the entire amount will be refunded in the form of a coupon code which you can use on our website at anytime.


How do I track my shipment?

You can track your shipment through the tracking link received on your email or when you sign into your account on mystereparis.com. If for any reason you are not able to get a status please email us on care@mystereparis.com and our customer care executives will be happy to help.


I am not sure which product to buy, please help

Will my size come back in stock?

Unfortunately, your size may not always be available and we may or may not be able to restock the same. If you love a product way too much, you can write to us with the SKU code (You can find this in the product specification section with each style) and preferred size so we can try and help you with some similar options. Do you alter products?

Unfortunately, we don't accept alteration requests. Our team works meticulously to make our sizing as universal as possible to fit all shapes and sizes perfectly. In case you are having an issue with your sizing, you can call customer care and let them guide you through picking the right size for your body type.


Do you customise products

No, we do not customise our products. However, our design team is devoted to bringing you global trends and styles that you love. In the case you have a suggestion to make, we'd love to hear it. Write to us at care@mystereparis.com


Is there Any new user offer available on your site?

No, there is no new user offer available on our site but in order to keep our customers happy, we make sure of adding new stock including amazing offers at regular intervals.


How do I cancel my order?

You can mail us at care@mystereparis.com with the order id details and we will cancel the order on your behalf.


I have created the return request. When will be the product be picked up?

It usually takes 2-3 working days for the courier partner to pick the order, although pickup orders placed before 1pm can also be picked up on the same day itself.


I have returned the garment, When I will receive the refund?

It usually takes 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed.


Is it safe to provide the bank details for COD refund?

Yes, it is absolutely safe. Bank details include account number, IFSC code and the account holder name only, which is mandatory for any bank transaction. We do not ask any other confidential details.


How can I check if the pincode of my city is deliverable or not?

Usually we provide delivery all over India, hence mostly all the pin codes are deliverable. Even then if you wish to check, you can mail us on care@mystereparis.com and we will provide you with the required details.


Does Mystere Paris deliver internationally? Is there any possibility to get the order shipped outside india on request?

No, currently we provide our service only in India, But on prepaid orders including shipping charges at actuals and request of the customer, we can provide delivery outside India.


I have received incorrect/defective products

We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience. It is highly unfortunate that you have received a defective/incorrect garment. Rest assured we take utmost care at our warehouse and maintain high quality standards. Please help us with your order id and our executive will shortly call you and create a return pickup of the defective/incorrect garment. Once again we apologise for the inconvenience.


Why was my return request declined?

If your return request is placed after 15 days of the delivery, only then your return request is declined.


Why has my order been cancelled?

Usually such conditions are very rare and unfortunate, but if your order is cancelled there must be a possibility of your shipping address to be non-serviceable by our courier partner or other technical issues. In such cases we usually inform the customers about the order cancellation through email.


What is return & refund policy?

We provide 15 days, no questions asked return and refund policy. The return pickup is processed within 2-3 working days. In case of cash on delivery order, you will have to share your bank account details through an email on care@mystereparis.com or send the details on 9321009519 ( customer service number) on whatsapp or sms for the refund.


I purchased orders by logging in as a guest. Am I able to check or login into my account again?

Yes, you can easily login to your account and check your order details by entering the order id.


I was given a coupon code when I returned/cancelled my last order. How can I redeem it?

You can redeem your coupon code the next time you place an order. You just have to enter the coupon code while you checkout and the coupon code amount will be reduced from the total bill. The validity of the coupon code is of 60 days. The entire coupon amount needs to be used in a single usage. Balance will not be carried forward.


What are the payment options I can use? Can I use wallet payments?
