All orders are shipped from our warehouse in India through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, customers will be informed promptly and eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We want you to love your Mystere Paris purchase. If you  receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Products must be:

  • Unused and unwashed
  • Returned with original tags and packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase/invoice

Refunds and exchanges are processed after quality inspection by our team.

For COD orders, refunds may be processed as:

  • Store credit/coupon code
  • Bank transfer

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment source.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
